Run #006 - Birthday Month Run by Snapshot & Bona Sleaza

Date: Saturday, 14 November 2009

Hariettes: Snapshot (9308 0467), Bona Sleaza (9674 3053)

Venue: Meet at the sitting-out are outside Cricket Club, Wong Nai Chung, just before No1 Repulse Bay, get off at the Bus stop by the gasoline station.

Start: Meeting at 3:00, start run at 3:30 prompt.

Run: A to B (No split run)

Directions: Bus no. 6, 66 from Central, Minibus no.5 from CauseWayBay at the back of SOGO, Bus No. 63 from North Point.

Shower/toilet: Toilet and showers available at B.

Dress code: Preferably in pink

Cost: HK$150 (depend on how many runners will turn up)

marking, marking is made by flour or by chalk.
CHECK = circle
First marking from CHECK = within 100m.
Each marking distance= 20-30m
Where has no trails, shiggy or at creeks, put the marking every 2-5m, make sure the runners know where to go.
Each points if the trail divided in more than two, mark the flour which way to go, unless you set it as CHECK.
Three line - Check back. Come back all the way to Check point.
* T = the trails stop up to there. You may find the onon trail between CHECK to T. (*this is not capable by FCH).
R/W = Rambo and Wimp split.
ON HOME = 1km - 500m from the finish.
